Terms of Use – caloTrac

These Terms govern your use of the caloTrac app and its features. By accessing or using caloTrac, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Personal Use: caloTrac is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your meals and caloric intake.
Prohibited Actions: You must not misuse the app by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, or any other disruptive elements.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to caloTrac if you do not comply with these terms or if your actions jeopardize the security or integrity of the service.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately at admin@tracorder.com if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.

Ownership: All content within caloTrac, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of caloTrac or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent.

Premium Features: In future releases, caloTrac will offer a premium subscription that includes unlimited automated meal entries, detailed charting features, and access to additional updates and features.
Subscription Payments: Subscription payments will be processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Specific details, including pricing and limits, will be available once the premium features are integrated.
Subscription Management: You will be responsible for managing your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, through the respective app store.

Data Storage: caloTrac securely stores meal entries, including nutritional information like calories, fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. This data is stored on our backend and is encrypted.
Cloud Services: While no premium cloud-based services are available yet, future updates may offer enhanced cloud services for meal entry storage and analysis.

Service Reliability: While we strive to maintain a high level of security and functionality, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your information or other issues beyond our control.
No Warranty: caloTrac is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the data produced through the app.

Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of caloTrac after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
