We collect information from you when you login to our app, or use our App:

• Registration: Name / Username, e-mail address and password, this is required for all registrations for login purposes, currently you may also register via Google Accounts.
• Audio recordings: Audio recordings that you submit to our platform, including information such as time of creation, title/description. We do not collect other audio data aside from the ones you record to start/reply threads on our platform.
• Photo Gallery (Pictures): Granting photo gallery access allows the user to upload profile picture (optional).

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

• Shared audio recordings: All audio recordings are currently publicly available and can be accessed by anyone authenticated on the platform. We have plans to implement private audio recordings in the future.
• Shared registration information: We only show name/username and profile picture. E-mail will only be used for communication between us and you, and will not be shared with anyone else.

Do we share the information we collect with third parties?

Currently we do not share the information that we collect, both personal and non-personal, with any third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners. In the future, we may share it with affiliated companies and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer your personal and non-personal information to our successors-in-interest.

We engage trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the app, database storage and management, e-mail management, storage marketing, credit card processing, customer service and fulfilling orders.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to Svara or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

GDPR and California Privacy Rights

We are fully committed to complying with GDPR and CCPA. Svara processes or stores all personal data in fully vetted, DPA compliant vendors. We do store all conversation and personal data for up to 6 years unless your account is deleted. In which case, we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not hold it longer than 60 days. California residents have the right to know, request deletion, and opt-out of data sales.
