These Terms govern your use of the spliTrac app and its features. By accessing or using spliTrac, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of Service
- spliTrac is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not misuse the app by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious code.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-compliance with these terms.
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
- All content within spliTrac, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of spliTrac or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subscription and Premium Features
- spliTrac offers a premium subscription that unlocks additional features, including the ability to scan bills using your device’s camera and store them in the cloud.
- Subscription payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, facilitated by RevenueCat.
- We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of successful scans per month (e.g., 50/100 scans), which will be communicated in advance. Currently, the scan limit is unlimited.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription through the respective app store, including cancellations or changes.
Cloud Storage
- Premium users may store scanned bill data in our cloud service. This data is encrypted and securely stored.
- Cloud storage is optional and subject to user consent. We are not liable for any data loss, although we strive to maintain the highest security standards.
Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for the highest security and functionality, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your information.
Modification of Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of spliTrac constitutes acceptance of these changes.
